Also included in this latest photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
